Returns

Personalized items are not eligible for returns.

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In their original condition

• Free from stains, odors, or damage

• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

• Items damaged through normal wear and tear

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can quickly resolve the issue.

We may offer:

• A replacement item

• Store credit

• A full refund, when appropriate

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an item arrives damaged.

Exchanges

We currently exchange items only for:

• Defective products

• Damaged items

• Incorrect orders

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Caravan is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after purchase.

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers, including:

• UPS

• FedEx

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at based on:

• Package weight

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
