Reservation is not confirmed until you have been sent your confirmation email.

As we do not control IP systems, once the confirmation email is sent, the reservation is confirmed. 

You are responsible to follow up if you do not receive it.


To Portland: Arrive at your pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to departure time.

We do not wait past our scheduled departure time.

From Portland: Plan to be at PDX no later than 1:00. 



If you chose not to pay with your card while booking, please have cash for the driver.

Full credit card price will be charged for each guaranteed reservation that a passenger changes or cancels with less than 48 HOURS notice before their departure time.


All guaranteed reservations that NO-SHOW and/or are not canceled or changed prior to their departure times will be charged the full credit card amount of their reserved seat(s).
